About the Item
Seven chairs including two arm and five side chairs. The shaped elaborately carved frames with foliate scrolled crest rails and sides. Raised on foliate scrolled curved front legs with tall carved foliate seat rail and square splayed back legs with flat stretchers. Upholstered in a soft red velvet with braid trim. The armchairs in a lighter stain.
H. 42 1/2", W. 20", depth 23", seat H. 22"
Condition: Please see all detail photos. Various acceptable age-related marks and rubs to the frames. There is some wear and stains to the velvet especially the seats however the presentation is striking and stately.
