About the Item
Vintage Rustic / Brutalist in Design Oak Slat Back Dining Chair set of 6. Made in Belgium, 1950's / 60's period. Solid oak constructed chairs with woven rush seats. The slats in the back are attached with brass studs. The design and construction gives them a brutalist look. All chairs are in good to very good condition. Some have a little bit damage on the rush seats, and all have signs of their age and use. Visible marks on the wood. One chair has a part broken of the leg bottom (see picture). Each chair measures 104cm x 45,5cm x 43cm - seat height measures 46cm.
