About the Item
A set of 6 surprising dining chairs, Modernist, Brutalist, Folk Art, Tribal Art, sculpted in massive oakwood, with beautiful floral organic motifs, to be attributed, France 1950.
This set is a beautiful demonstration of the resources and formal creativity of the Folk Arts from the center of France.
Checked for strength and re-glued where necessary. As a result, all chairs are in a solid and sturdy condition.
Re-waxed, giving the chairs a special honey-colored, rich patina. A patina that only time can give.
Chairs have normal age related wear and tear. Some subtle old restorations which bring extra character.
This unique set will bring the right atmosphere around your diningtable.
