About the Item
Biedermeier dining chairs in rare mixed set of 18 antique Swedish with flame + quilt golden birch veneers with the distinctive curved seat back, differing carved central motifs and gracefully curved front legs. Superb level of workmanship and we will repolish them for you prior to shipping for you.
Set comprises one mixed set of 8 , one set of 6 and 2 carvers ( carver dimensions approx 55x55 x90cm)
The top grade flame veneers are brought to life by the sought after classic honey color French polish finish and the seats are fully webbed. This makes them very comfortable to sit on over dinner.
The heights, widths and colour of the chairs in the mixed set will differ slightly as noted in the fotos but we will repolish them to a close a colour as possible.
They will ship in the original fabric (which contains marks of use and lots of wear ) and you should reupholster with your choice of fabric on arrival - we can reupholster if you provide the fabric for an extra cost.
The images shown show the chairs before they are repolished so they will acquire a deeper lustre when fully repolished which may change the colour slightly. The images are taken in studio lighting and the colour is indicative only as the french polish finish will show slightly different colours depending on the lighting you set it in due to the reflective quality of the french polish.
A set like this is difficult to find nowadays so we are very pleased to offer it to you.
