Teak Danish Modern Dining Chair by Poul Volther for Frem Røjle

About the Item

Solid teak sculpted Danish dining chair by Poul M. Volther for Frem Røjle, made in Denmark. The chair boasts stunning sculptural legs, teak wood grain and seat back. The detailing displays the utmost quality and precision as a quintessential example of Danish midcentury teak furniture. The seat back is sculpted making itcomfortable, the wood grain is gorgeous, and the woven rope seat is impeccable. Very good vintage condition. Very solid frame with original finish. Woven seat is perfect. A few scuffs, as shown in photos, to corners and edges. One dark spot on back of seat (about 1/4" wide). There are no wood plugs on the sides of the seat back.
