About the Item

This Early 20th Century French Style Lounge Chair was crafted in the early 1900's from walnut and cane. The armchair features a walnut frame showcasing a caned back and double caned sides. Resting on four feet, this piece features hand-carved detail on the front and back of the chair. The upholstery is in as found condition, showing signs of wear and light staining with no rips are tears present. The bottom and back cushions are removable and down wrapped. With a good upholstery cleaning or reupholstery, the chair would be perfect.
