This lounge chair has a beautiful design because of the two half sphere parts. The chair shows some traces of wear like some loss of the white paint of the wooden base. The upholstery of the seat is in good condition. The seat is padded and has four buttons. The seat part can easily be set in a different position; more up- or downwards. It rests on the wooden base with rubber bands. Dimensions when max upwards 70 cm H x 30 cm SH x 63.5 cm W x 104 cm D Dimensions when half down 58 cm H x 38 cm SH x 63.5 cm W x 104 cm D The total width of the chair is 63.5 cm and the width of the seat is 52.5 cm.

This chair is truly unique and deserved a makeover: it got one! This has wonderful lines, and the white upholstery looks fabulous against the black frame. The construction is sturdy and the chair is quite comfrtable. It is mid 20th Century at the earliest but more likely 1980s and in the Art Deco revival style. The Art Deco revival style is reflected in the ebonized bentwood features amd is probably from the 1980s. The ebonized laminated bentwood frame enclosing paired bentwood backs, over a D-shaped upholstered seat. It is unmarked.
