Mid-Century Modern Chrome Button Back Lounge Chair in Tawny Holly Hunt Tweed

About the Item

This graphic and refined Mid-Century Modern lounge chair was realized in the United States circa 1970. It features a sculptural silhouette with rectangular arms; aprons; side slats; and back supports all in lustrous chrome. Additionally, the chair offers button back detailing, as well as upholstered convex detailing on the tops of the arm rests- testifying to the fact that no detail was overlooked in its construction. Full of verve and élan, this piece embodies what discerning collectors love about 1970's American design. Its geometric form and refined color palate ensure that this lounge chair would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary.
