The Tourenne Chair from Lemieux et Cie is a celebration of organic modernism, its rounded, sculptural silhouette reminiscent of the beloved Clam Chair by Philip Arctander and the sinuous curves of Finn Juhl’s masterful designs. With a softly enveloping backrest and plush, deep seat, it exudes both warmth and artistry—an invitation to linger. The tactile upholstery enhances its welcoming form, while the gently tapered wooden legs provide a grounding contrast, echoing the Scandinavian reverence for materiality and craftsmanship. A piece that balances playfulness with sophistication, the Tourenne Chair is a timeless homage to mid-century innovation. The Tourenne Chair is handmade by skilled artisans in North Carolina. We can do COM upon request. This listing is for the chair upholstered in any of our plush velvet fabrics. There are 4 color options, a "Strie' Bisque", a "Strie' Mink", a plush smooth Indigo, and a plush smooth Graphite. Please contact us if you are interested in other fabric options. We also have it available in many velvet colors and boucles in a separate listing.
