About the Item

Designed and made in the 1950s, this lounge chair by Clifford Pascoe features a bent birch plywood frame with strapped webbing for support. Fully restored, it has new webbing secured with patinated brass nail heads and a natural oil finish on the wood. A rare example of mid-century modern design, it reflects the era’s focus on material innovation and functional form.
