About the Item

Airborne, sectional sofa, model 'Patate', light brown suede, France, 1970s This well-designed sofa is fully executed in light brown suede that contributes to a unified look. This sofa is characterized by a splendid construction consisting of four regular pieces, and a corner element. A variety of pieces allows the user to arrange the playful entity to your own liking. Therefore, this sofa becomes very versatile. Worthy of attention is how the seat is visually divided through stitching in four triangle sections that run towards each other and "disappear" in the middle. This piece of furniture is designed to provide an ultimate level of comfort due to the thick seating cushions and the very large seat. Overall, the designer created a piece that radiates comfort while still being eccentric and stylish. Middle seating element: 90 x 95 cm / 35,43 x 37,40 in. Corner element: 100 x 100 cm / 39,37 x 39,37 in. Please note that we advise reupholstery before use. This item might contain some threadbare upholstery with loose seams and small stains. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
