Rare and sculptural two-piece “Arabesque” sectional sofa designed by Willi Schillig and produced in Germany during the 1980s. This postmodern piece features a dramatic serpentine silhouette, upholstered in smooth ivory faux leather, with generous proportions and a continuous low-profile backrest.
Comprised of two modular sections, the sofa can be styled as a sweeping curve or separated slightly for added visual tension. Its organic form, reminiscent of Vladimir Kagan’s biomorphic sofas, makes it ideal for gallery-style interiors, architectural spaces, or collectors of sculptural European design.
