About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning hand made in England refurbished George Smith Bulgari three seat brown leather sofa with velvet cushions A good looking and well made piece, George Smith are a premium seating retailer based in Chelsea, they made some of the finest sofas and armchairs available in England today. This one is vintage, it has been restored to include being washed back and hand dyed this deep cigar brown colour, the velvet cushions are original and nicely aged, they have some wear around the piping on the edges as pictured. The cushions are feather filled and recess under the back padding so you are never sitting on the edge In terms of the condition, this is as mentioned a vintage piece and has been restored in such a way as to keep the gentleman’s club look and feel, the arms are darker than the body, the cushions as mentioned have wear on the piping and it has normal age and use related patina marks Dimensions Height:- 90 cm Width:- 184 cm Depth:- 103 cm plus 4 cm for cushion overhang Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Pulborough warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
