Lovely vintage Mid-Century Modern to modern plaid tuxedo curved sectional sofa with ottoman. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The sofa has been professionally cleaned but there seems to be a slight color difference with the body of the sofa being slightly darker than the cushions and ottoman under different lighting. We have painted the legs black. There is 1 small nick in the lower left hand corner. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. circa, Late 20th century. This sectional is the epitome of sensational seating!!! This is an incredible plaid tuxedo style curved sectional sofa and wedge style ottoman. It is comprised of three sections; one with an arm on one side, one curved, and one armless section, all with bench style seat cushions filled with Dacron wrapped foam. Superior comfort!! It was newly upholstered by its previous owner in a lovely beige and dark chocolate brown plaid fabric AND we saved the original brown chenille cushion covers, which we will include with your purchase so you can mix and match them if you choose. The ottoman is a rectangular tapered wedge style and the sofa and ottoman have short round tapered wood legs that have been freshly painted black. This sofa has SO many possibilities and potential different looks! You could take the curved piece out and bump the other two together to create one long sofa, use the ottoman on the armless side like a chaises, or all three pieces together and the ottoman in the center or you may choose to take it out completely. Charming late 20th century modified tuxedo slipcover style pillow back large scale sofa. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. This sofa will need to be reupholstered. There are rust stains on the body along with other stains even though it has been professionally cleaned. It has been priced accordingly. The loose-24-inch pillows are in good condition although the poly fil in the animal print pillows is twisted and needs to be repositioned. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. circa, late 20th century. They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, well, behold this beauty! But don’t look at the fabric ethel!!!! Lol!!!! Ok, so… this sofa is a definite reupholster which we feel comes with SO MANY fabulous opportunities! Plus, the sofa has really good bones. Let’s talk about the “bones” first!! This baby is large scale, and the arms have a slight angle; hence, modified tuxedo style, two loose feather wrapped foam zippered seat cushions, a loose pillow back with five unzippered 24 inch poly filled pillows, and black painted wood tapered legs under the skirt. It is upholstered in a slipcover style and right now, it has a Neoclassical look with Greek key detail trimming the base of the skirt combined with animal print pillows, but changing the fabric will completely change the style of the sofa. Versatility overload!! Three pillows are solid off-white linen on one side and textured & striped off-white linen on the other side and two pillows are camel or khaki and off white animal print. If you put a neutral cover on the sofa you could use ANY pillows. You could have so much fun with that! Adorn it with seasonal or holiday pillows...

Brandt Ranch Oak comprised of a medium or honey toned Ranch Oak finished frame & reupholstered in a white vanilla toned nubby linen-like fabric with button detail on the back cushions. This piece has been attributed based upon archived research including online sources, vintage documentation and catalogs, designer literature, and other materials. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been redone, restored, or refinished. Specifically, the wood is in fabulous vintage condition and only cleaning was done. The fabric was professionally cleaned but there are still some stubborn places on outer corners where you can see a bit of dinginess and just overall can tell it isn’t brand new upholstery. This wonderful sofa is comprised of a medium or honey toned Ranch Oak finished frame featuring bowtie shaped keyhole designs in both sides, wonderful tapered flat arms, and it has been reupholstered in a lovely white vanilla toned nubby linen-like fabric with button detail on the back cushions. It. Is. BEAUTIFUL!!!! Although this sofa does not bear the A. Brandt Ranch Oak tag, we have seen and sold identical sofas and chairs with the A. Brandt tag, so our attribution is solid. It has an extra high back and semi-attached buttoned back cushions making it very comfortable and will be perfect in your Rustic or western style living room, family room, entertainment area, or basement rec room. This sofa will be incredible in your ranch home, mountain home, dude ranch, cabin, or industrial loft. You simply can’t go wrong with Ranch Oak. A Brandt Company was established in 1900 by German immigrant August Brandt. But it was Paul Brandt, August’s son, who engineered and debuted the Ranch Oak furniture in Fort Worth, Texas in 1938. Paul served as company president for approximately 50 years. The production of the Ranch Oak line continued until the mid-1980s. It was used in ranch homes, mountain homes, dude ranches, and basement rec rooms across the nation. The US government contracted Ranch Oak furnishings for many of their military bases.
