This high quality, well made custom case sofa in the style of Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin features a hefty wood case design floating on top of a thick steel base. The vibrant blue velvet tufted upholstery features one row of buttons in alternating yellow and red. As can be seen in the photos, one sofa has a missing button which can be replaced upon request. Not photographed is the other sofa which has a small (approximate 1 to 2" light wear mark). Overall both sofas are in very good to excellent condition. Note, we had 2 sofas but 1 has sold - so only one is left. Custom made for a Plastic Surgeon's office in Newport Beach, was only used for a short time and in a clean and sterile environment with light use. This sectional two part sofa is very high quality with quality materials and craftsmanship. This Milo Baughman styled case sofa with tufted velvet fabric would work great in a Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian Modern or Danish Modern home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a contemporary or Postmodern room. Also consider mixing it up in a traditional, transitional, classical or Art Deco room with a splash of juxtaposition. Would also be an apt choice in a commercial project such as a hotel lobby lounge or members club, creative design studio or high-rise executive office. Measurements: H 29.5" x W 84" x D 35.5" Seat height 17.75" Seat depth 22" Condition: Very good condition with only very light, minor wear. Sturdy and sound, clean and free of odors, ready to be used immediately. One button tuft is missing but can be easily replaced.
