Dimensions: 88w 39d 34h 30ah 17.5sh
Condition: Original upholstery has some discoloration and signs of wear consistent with age and regular use. It is possible that it comes clean with a deep steam cleaning but uncertain. There are parts of loose fabric at the creases. Not rips, but as if the fabric pulled from the frame. See photos. Overall good condition with comfortable cushions. 8/10
