About the Item
This Maison Jansen style, swan necked curule seat in neo-classical design would make for a charming side table in the pool area or, as intended, as a seat in an outdoor setting.
Made from white lacquered metal with beautiful brass details this seat sits on four brass paws. The brass swan necks are connected by white metal bars on the side which function as arm rests. A perforated metal sheet forms the base of this decorous stool.
Overall the stool is good condition with some signs of it age with 70+ years of use.
