An Unusual George II Period Pair of Saddle-Shaped Stools The George II period tear-drop shaped stools made from mahogany, the red leather upholstered seats supported on three turned and tapering legs with pad feet. English, circa 1750 Saddle-shaped stools are rare to come to the market, a later 19th century pair with plain mahogany seats was with Mallett in London in 2008.
