About the Item

The Low-res Elephant is both a stool, a lamp and a playful decoration object at the same time. Designed by Richard Hutten in 2008 for the renowned Dutch manufacturer Gispen in the Netherlands. Originatly designed for an office. People of all ages love this playful design. Because you can sit on it, play with it and even place it outdoors. It's has a beautiful shape and the structure is very nice. Richard named this design 'Low res' Elephant because it the structure looks like Low-res. The structure also reminds of the sandy structures of a dessert. This design is part of the permanent collection of Museum Grand-Hornu, Belgium.
