Antique French Henri II Neoclassical Open Bookcase represents a tailored expression of the neoclassical revival style that has persevered for century after century! Crafted from solid oak, its most notable visual feature is the double arched crown on top, subtly carved with acanthus foliates and centered with a turned finial. The tailored crown molding is indicative of the overall style effect, with a pediment style base just above the deep, full width drawer. Four adjustable shelves create five surfaces with the bottom fixed shelf, allowing one hundreds of configuration combinations to fit your books, family memorabilia, trophies, collectibles or whatever you wish to display!
