Pair, Italian walnut cabinets with metal grillwork upper doors and fixed interior shelving.
Note the extensive carving, including egg and dart details along crown and shelves, acanthus leaves, and large lion's paw feet.
Restored, strong/stable. Old repairs visible including backs. Abrasions to front panels. Signs of old dried wormholes.
2 keys will be included to use as pulls(cannot guarantee the old locks function).
All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation(see backs) are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this pair of bookcases.
