19th Century Napoleon III 'Meuble d'Appui' Buffet in Black Lacquered Wood
About the Item
We present to you this unique 'meuble d'appui' buffet piece crafted from black lacquered wood. It features two prominent cartouches of bouquets painted on its sinuous front, which, in turn, opens with two doors and one drawer. Rich gold accents also embellish the floral decorative details on the remaining cartouches, extending their presence throughout the entirety of this piece.
Made in the revivalist style of Napoleon III, this piece hails from the 19th century, with dimensions of 99 cm in width and height, and 39 cm in depth.
