~Direct from France~ ~Gorgeous antique carved French ‘confiturier’ or jam cabinet~ ~These cabinets are one of your most requested antiques, as they have so many uses in today’s home! From a vanity in the bath, to the kitchen, the foyer with a mirror above, just imagine the possibilities!~ ~Tall cabinet, with large upper crown featuring hand carved gadrooning and a center carved lion mask drawer pull~ ~Full length barley twist columns flank the cabinet door with a dimensional carved lion mask center medallion and Renaissance style carved creatures on either side~ ~Lower carved and beveled stepped out moulding~ ~Three adjustable shelves inside, on original notched wood tracks~ ~Quality throughout, solid, heavy and strong, well built by craftsmen of the period~ ~c1880~ Measurements 50.25”height x 33” x 21.25”. Adjustable shelves, approx. 25” x 12.5”. NOTE: All of our antiques are direct from Europe.
