Contemporary Matias Sagaría Storage Bookcase Viennese Straw Wood Black Twosided

About the Item

Sagitta #1 is a storage double-sided cabinet and bookcase. Designed by SAGARÍA Both familiar and unique, Sagitta is using uncommon traditions of craftsmanship in totally novel ways. By pushing at the physical boundaries of natural materials we expanded rooted vocabularies of construction into a new visual language. Both soft and sculptural. The cabinet is a double-sided item. It hosts two small drawers with rounded handles in extra matte black lacquer wood on the front side and a big horizontal one with "push-pull" opening system on the the rear side. The handle of this drawer is decorative in extra matte black lacquer wood. The inner parts of the drawers are lacquered. The two side wings in Viennese woven-straw embrace three thin, though resistant metal shelves. Wings: extra gloss black lacquered Viennese straw and frame Body: extra matte black lacquer Interior: extra matte black lacquer Handle: extra matte black lacquer Details: extra matte black lacquer Frame: powder coated metal black extra gloss The cabinet can be customized upon request.
