About the Item

This is an old Japanese storage shelf. It is made of cedar and is thought to have originally been used as a shoe cabinet. The lattice design of the wooden doors is the result of the maker's meticulous craftsmanship, and is an impressive design that is a distinctive feature of this furniture. Because it has been used for a long time without being painted, it has developed a rustic, faded color. Each storage compartment inside is a different size. The one on the far right is a long storage compartment that is often used to store umbrellas and other items. This item adds a touch of wabi-sabi beauty to simple, modern interiors. Weight: 10kg
