Save for a minor repair on the back, this gorgeous record cabinet is in original, vintage condition and has aged to perfection! The mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak composition is in remarkably excellent shape given it's age showing only minor nicks too light to be picked up by our camera and only minor chipping on the backside of the piece where holes were drilled out by the previous owner to hide power cords (shown in the detail photos provided). With that said there are no stains, deep scratches or other wear present whatsoever and the variegated woodgrains of the teak are absolutely mesmerizing in natural light.
The chrome legs too are in excellent vintage condition showing only minor surface scratches and nicks (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided) but showing no stains, rust or pitting whatsoever. Both sliding doors open and close with ease and the single shelf is adjustable.
