About the Item

This Italian 1930s bow-fronted chest of drawers is masterfully crafted with intricate olive wood and walnut marquetry. The piece is designed in the Rococo style, characterised by its elegant curves and fluid forms. The chest features two large bottom drawers and two smaller top drawers, with original brass hardware and keyhole escutcheons. The chest of drawers is presented on four beautifully carved cabriole legs. The chest of drawers is in great original condition with little wear on the veneered top which does not distract from its overall look. Size: H76 cm x W110 cm x D45 cm
