About the Item
Presenting a rare and exceptional antique 19th-century serpentine chest of drawers, crafted from fine mahogany. This unique piece stands out with its breathtaking design, featuring a large size and a beautifully curved front.
The chest is supported by turned legs and includes five drawers arranged as two small over three large, each adorned with magnificent original knob handles, highlighted by a white decoration at the centre. The mahogany wood displays a stunning grain and rich colour throughout, enhancing its visual appeal.
Adding to its uniqueness, this chest is decorated with two elegant pillars on each side, contributing to its sophisticated design. It is believed to have previous associations with the Rolls Royce estate, though there is no paperwork to substantiate this claim.
In excellent solid condition, this serpentine chest of drawers is a rare find and a true testament to exceptional craftsmanship.
Don't miss the opportunity to own this magnificent and unique piece, perfect for adding a touch of 19th-century elegance and history to your home.
