Antique Faux Grain Painted Wood Chest Of Drawers
About the Item
A wide antique two- drawer chest in a brown and black faux grain paint overall. The top has canted corners in front and a separately made molding on the edge. Both long drawers have diamond shaped pulls painted black and diamond shaped metal escutcheons. Raised on curved and faceted legs. Lacking a key.
Dimensions: 46 1/2" wide x 22 1/2" deep x 33 1/4" high
Condition: Please review the detail photos. The chest is well-worn overall with chips , scratches, work marks, nicks and losses to the painted surfaces. The top also has old gouges, there is a crack and open joint on the left side. Despite the wear the Chest displays an admirable Folk Art presentation.
