A very good looking well made and decorative piece, it can be used in any room, it looks to be a normal chest of drawers however when you open the top you reveal a luxury twin writing slope and three small drawers, the writing slops lift up to reveal hidden storage compartments, the base has one standard drawer and two dummy drawers which double as a cupboard
The piece comes with the original key which, with a bit of top pressure, locks the top cabinet in place
We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, the wood has a lovely rich timber patina, there are some marks to the top as you can see in the pictures
