This small drawer is a valuable antique from the Meiji period of Japan. (1868-1912)
It is made of high-quality "Kiri wood"(paulownia wood) and is coated with a deep black paint, accentuating its classical beauty.
The handle of the drawer is a circular iron ring, a design that evokes the feeling of the era.
Despite its compact size, the lightness and strength of the paulownia wood are notable features, making it ideal for storing small items.
