About the Item

This Late 19th Century English George II Style Chest of Drawers was handcrafted from walnut and burl walnut veneer in the late 1800's. The piece features a banded top resting above four dovetailed drawers, two smaller upper and two larger lower. Each of the drawers exhibit brass pulls and locking mechanisms although no key is available. At some point in this chest of drawers lifetime, there have been repairs to the veneer which is common for its age and only adds to the character of the piece. Resting on four bracket feet, this Late 19th Century English George II Burl Walnut Chest of Drawers with its warm aged patina and unique size will make a statement in all interior styles. 39"W x 20"D x 34.25"H
