Rare 19th Century French Fabric Covered Commode. Offered is a stunning and most unusual mid 19th century French commode or chest covered in original antique damask fabric with one of a kind hammered brass hardware. This chest is made of pine and retains the original antique damask fabric with the top covered in velvet with damask trim. Perfect in an entrance hall, living area, dining room or bedroom. Stunning!
