A truly stunning and well made piece, it is a tall side table sized chest of drawers that has a slip serving tray to the top, this was used traditionally for butlers to serve drinks and snacks on which would protect the viewable surface, it also has a secondary extending feature which is that the entire top unfolds doubling in size, this gives you a much larger surface to be served on and or you can play cards etc
The condition is very good, there are some age and use related patina marks here and there as you would expect but mostly it is in fine order, we have deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished it from top to bottom
