Midcentury Italian Gianfranco Frattini Two Tier Teak Sideboard

About the Item

Found in Italy, this circa 1960s teak sideboard is attributed to Gianfranco Frattini. Unusual two tier design with the tallest section consisting of a cabinet with a fold down door and single interior glass shelf. The lower part of the top tier consists of four functional drawers. Lower tier is three cabinets with hinged doors and single interior shelves. Eight tapered legs, unusual integrated, curved wood handles. Works as a credenza or buffet. Very good overall vintage condition with minor scattered surface wear. Top surface of one drawer section has a small ring mark on wood finish - see detail photo with dime.
