19th Century French Porcelain Mounted Ladies Writing Desk

About the Item

A beautiful French 19th century Sevres style porcelain mounted bureau plat, having an inset leather top with a three quarter brass gallery, three frieze drawers, inset porcelain panels on all four sides, each with hand-painted floral decoration. Raised on elegant cabriole legs, gilded ormolu mounts and terminating in scrolling feet.
