About the Item

117" Giant conference table by Florence Knoll. The aged walnut shimmers and gleams with an almost Iridescence that form the ebbing and flowing grain patterns. The sleek beveled edge banding with contrasting grain adds a subtle stroke of artful design. The tones and hues of the piece change depending on how the light hits it and where your eye catches it. You'll see amber, ochre, honey, and umber. We purchased this massive conference table from the original owner with several other Knoll pieces. Designed by Florence Knoll for Knoll International circa 1960's. At 117" long, this is one of the biggest tables we've ever offered. The table has a Danish style "bow" with flared sides that reach a 45" width in the center. Easily accommodate 10-12 people. This bowed boat colossus was designed for serious entertaining and although was most likely used as a dining table, this could possibly be the most baller desk or conference table ever created. The construction, materials, fit and finish exhibit a trademark standard of high quality that is synonymous with Knoll.
