A very handsome mid-century A. Brandt Co. Ranch Oak desk and chair set with a great classic American West look. Hand-crafted design features rustic hand-carved and chiseled details on both the desk and chair, which have a warm honey oak finish and display very handsome grain throughout. Desk with three drawers at left and two open shelves at right. Fully finished on all sides so that it can be placed anywhere in a room. Blackened metal rounded-head nails or furniture tacks punctuate drawer pulls and various frame elements, adding a bit of nicely understated decoration. Finished on all sides so it can float in a room. Ranch Oak logo branded on inside of top drawer. Chair with contoured seat, slat back, and handle cut-out at top. Both it and the desk have great craftsmanship, and make for a very sturdy set that’s meant to last a lifetime. A.
