Bossa Dry Bar by Morgan Clayhall – Mixed Media Art Doors, Customizable Design
About the Item
Designed and meticulously handcrafted in our Toronto studio, the Bossa Dry Bar showcases artwork by the renowned artist Murray Duncan. Part of the bold new Bossa series, this piece is inspired by the vibrant colors and organic forms of 1970s design and Brazilian modernism, blending modern aesthetics with a sense of warmth and sophistication. The artwork on the doors is sealed under a high-gloss resin, enhancing its depth and vibrancy.
Functionality meets artistry with a thoughtfully designed pull-out work surface, featuring an inset of matte black porcelain for a sleek and durable finish. The cabinet body is crafted from walnut-stained ebony, sealed with an eggshell sheen, offering both elegance and durability. Inside, you'll find a mix of fixed and adjustable shelves, with customization options available to meet specific client needs.
As with all Morgan Clayhall pieces, the Bossa Dry Bar can be customized using any of our signature artwork, allowing for a truly one-of-a-kind statement piece tailored to your space.

Art Deco Dry Bar Cabinet with Gold Leaf Doors, circa 1930s, Restored
By Émile-Jacques Ruhlmann
Located in Los Angeles, CA
This restored art deco cabinet features gold leaf double doors, trim and base detailing with lacquered burgundy exterior. Ideal for use as a dry bar for holding liquor and glassware or as an apothecary cabinet.
Beautiful lacquered burgundy with gold leaf details, the interior is fitted with glassware shelves and a single pull out shelf. Working key is present.
This circa 1930s restored storage cabinet in manner of Emile Jacques Ruhlmann would work great in an Art Deco, Hollywood Regency, Post-Modern or Mid-Century Modern home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a Contemporary, Space Age Mod, Scandanavian Modern, Danish Modern or Zen / Minimalist room. Also consider mixing it up in a Traditional, Transitional, or Classical room with a splash of juxtaposition. Would also be an apt choice in a commercial project such as a hotel lobby lounge or members club, creative design studio or high-rise executive office. Consider using as a dry bar, curio cabinet, towel and linen highboy, sideboard or cupboard for your kitchen or dining room, vitrine or entryway closet...
