We are pleased to offer you this elegant Edwardian painted satinwood cylinder bookcase.
Made in the Edwardian period an era that was known as the age of elegance.
It is made of satinwood and then hand decorated.
The cylinder front has a large oval panel of a goddess on a chariot with cherubs to her side.
Having hand painting decoration of swags of flowers to the drawers and around the bookcase, including all sides.
The cylinder opens to reveal the sliding leather writing surface and multiple drawers.
The top glazed bookcase section is surmounted with a cresting that depicts cherubs with a goat.
