Ettore Sottsass Tartar Prototype

About the Item

An Ettore Sottsass masterwork, this unique "Tartar" table is museum worthy. It is perhaps a prototype or very rare special commission. The table differs from the production version with an extraordinarily heavy, solid marble plinth instead of the production version particle board. Additionally, the top is stained yellow wood, differing from the black laminate on the production version. Otherwise, exact specs to the Memphis version are maintained. Truly a collectors dream piece..
