About the Item

A 19th century Chippendale style swivel fold-over card table that cleverly transforms from a narrow side table into a square, red felt-covered gaming surface. The slender and elegant cabriole legs are decorated with carved acanthus type leaves at the top, and end in dramatic ball and claw feet. All moving parts function properly, and the felt playing surface is in very good condition. A handsome and practical table in a classic design style.
