A fine and rare French Rococo Revival 19th century Louis XV style parcel-giltwood carved centre table with marble top. The intricately and partially distressed gilded and cream colored carved apron with scrolls and floral designs, raised on four cabriolet legs and fitted with a veined rouge royal marble top, Paris, circa 1890.
Measure: Height 31 3/4 inches (80.6 cm)

- Condition:Repaired: Some touch-ups to gild and cream finish. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Minor fading. A truly beautiful table in good overall condition. Some of the finish and gilt is distressed and fading, some areas more so than others, however it reflects its age and use. The 2 inch thick marble top has minor superficial scratches. See all photos.
