About the Item
Inspiration:
The NEW ERA table brings together two distinct styles, in a divergent, shocking conjunction, which blocks any possibility of fusion and rather makes them stand out in their individuality in a very clear way.
It is a combination of what we know from the past and futuristic lines. The classic side of the table has a deteriorated look that represents the continued loss of this fine art and style against the straight and minimalist lines of today.
The materials in the piece also underline the distance between eras and styles. In the modern/futuristic, the polished STAINLESS STEEL and in the classic, the hand-carved wood, finished with patinated 22K gold leaf.
The result is a completely disruptive functional art piece, a new style, a new era for design´s aesthetics.
