Italain Coffee Table Attributed to Gio Ponti Mahogany wood
About the Item
A round Italian mahogany coffee table or large side table attributed to Gio Ponti. Circa 1940. The table has been refinished with a satin matte finish.
An elegant table that can exist as a coffee table or side table.
There were scratches in the legs due to shipping of the table which made it necessary to restore the entire table. The mirrored glass is original and has a very small beveled edge. The mirrored glass does have a few very very tiny spots of age related use but no chips or scratches and only adds to its authenticity.
The edge of the table is 3.5 " wide.
