Large coffee table in bronze & tempered glass, in the style of Peter Ghyczy
About the Item
Large coffee circa 1970 in the style of Peter Ghyczy.
A thick tempered glass top that seems to be floating, supported by four feet in molded gilded bronze and brushed metal, as was often the case in designs by Peter Ghyczy during the second half of the 20th century.
This is a heavy piece perfect for large interiors or conversation pits.
The feet are in very good condition showing only a few traces of oxidation or use, the tempered glass top is about two centimeters thick and is in good condition, showing a few signs of use and two minor chips, one on the lower part of an angle, the other in the middle of section of a lower edge, as shown in the product pictures.
