Two Tier Lucite Glass Brass Coffee Table 1970s Modernist Charles Hollis Jones
About the Item
This large, two-tiered coffee table is composed of two square sheets of bevelled, reinforced glass, gently curved at the corners. These are held in place by four ornate lucite columns, with a brass disc screw at the top to complete the piece. The table originated in the USA, and is an excellent example of 1970s American abundance: big and bold, but elegant and timeless that is almost invisible.
There are some small scratches in the lucite, as is to be expected with a piece this age. The glass is in good condition but may contain the odd mark.
