About the Item

An exceptional set of temple console tables by the distinguished designer Thomas Pheasant for Baker Furniture. No longer in production. Inspired by the ruins of ancient Rome, each piece exhibits strong architectural neo-classic influences combined with classical details which have evolved to meet today's demands. Symmetry, restraint and geometric forms grace these tables. Beautifully crafted of deep toned mahogany veneers, demilune silhouette balanced on three doric style columns sitting on square projecting bases columns. In addition, a bottom fixed shelf for extra storage or display. Honed limestone top completes the look expressing classical design through a modern lens. These can stand alone as console tables or be grouped together to make a center table to create endless possibilities, making for a great view from all angles. Versatile enough to harmonize within modern or traditional environments. Thomas Pheasant is an award-winning interior designer who has been recognized internationally for his interior design and furniture collections. Pheasant brings to Baker a collection of furnishings that exhibits the strong neo-classic influences.
