About the Item
A very handsome Swedish Empire, Karl Johan salon table of fine Cuban mahogany with satinwood banding, carved and ebonized center pillar on quatre-form base ending in saber feet, with ormolu appliqués of oak leaves and nuts on the fascia of drawer. Perfect as a side table, center hall table, salon table or desk. Our French polish & restoration is of museum quality. This exquisite table has been French-polished & is in very good to excellent condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
Measures: 39" long x 30 1/2" wide x 29 1/2" high (Open: 56 1/2" long x 30 1/2" wide)
