About the Item

Impressive 20th century English style writing table, Writing table in The English style. Maple Roots with thread intarsia on solid pinewood. Partially ebonized. Strongly bowed, four sided curved three part border. Widely framed table platter. Middle-laid gold embossed leather inlay. Both sides flanked, with three drawers. Sidewalls, front and opposite sided lush drawers. Finely engraved Bronze fixtures as Lions masks with ring (L-Sam-77).
